    • if it shows mailed by it means something is not working at the domainkeys level. Look at the message source if it has the signature in there maybe something's wrong with the DNS entries.

realtek 8180 on kernel 2.6.23

To make RealTek 8180 wireless cards work in Linux you need the open source drivers from rtl8180-sa2400. Actually this driver supports more realtek cards not just 8180, you can get the list of supported devices from their homepage.

  • I used ndiswrapper for the 8180, worked like a charm. :)
  • I am trying to compile the driver but i am thrown with a :
    scripts/Makefile.build:33: /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.23-1-686/scripts/basic/Makefile: No such file or directory

    did I miss a headers or something??? :(
